This common course aims to equip students with the skills needed to excel in the tech workplace beyond the technical knowledge gained in the software courses, Students will learn how to express their ideas clearly, actively listen to others, provide constructive feedback, manage conflict, build relationships and adapt their communication style to different situations. Students will learn how to work effectively in teams, solve challenges and work remotely.  

At the end of this course, the student will:

  1. Have developed skills such as teamwork, critical thinking and problem solving 
  2. Have improved their verbal and non-verbal communication skills 
  3. Be expected to be confident in public speaking 
  4. Be able to collaborate effectively with others
